Rachael Pallenberg is a long-term experienced accreditation lead assessor/auditor, and decision maker. Rachael has an extensive knowledge of the requirements of the following standards frameworks: 

• Quality Improvement Council (QIC) 

• ISO 9001:2015  

• ASES 

• National Standards Mental Health Services (NSMHS)  

• National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards (NSQDMHS) 

• Rainbow Tick 

• NDIS Practice Standards (all modules) 

Rachael’s knowledge and experience as a Lead Assessor/Auditor has given her an exceptional insight with all accreditation requirements. She has supported and guided organisations in accreditation-related activities including corrective action work, improvement plans, and implementation of quality improvement systems. 

Rachael Pallenberg Consulting have worked with a number of start-up and established NDIS providers, and we consider that we have a particular expertise in supporting businesses to achieve either verification or certification compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards. Our systems and processes are seamlessly guided from registration to audit, and at all times we ensure we advise and resource in line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
